- Shipping & Delivery
- Items are shipped from our Omaha, Nebraska warehouse within 2 business days in most circumstances. Shipments may be delayed due to product availability and holidays. Clear will only ship to commercial addresses belonging to licensed and registered salons and spas.
- Returns & Replacements

- Product kept unopened and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- From 30 days from invoice up to 180 days, a 25% Restocking Fee will apply.
- Opened and partially-used products are non-returnable, with the exception of defective products.
- Defective products may be returned for replacement of same type, same size product
- Promotional Items are Non-Returnable
- Defective Electrical appliances are returnable to Clear within 30 days for replacement, after 30 they must be returned to manufacturer.
